Introduction to Maxxed

Everyone has an opinion about plastic surgery. What looks good. What went too far. What they’d never do. But behind every transformation… there’s a story you probably haven’t heard. I’m Karina Thompson, and I know this world firsthand. I’ve had cosmetic procedures myself. Some I loved. Some taught me lessons I wish I’d known before I started. And eventually, I found myself asking one question: What’s real? That’s why I created MAXXED. A place for honest conversations about plastic surgery, cosmetic procedures, looksmaxxing, beauty, fitness, biohacking and everything we do to look and feel our best. No judgment. No pretending. And no hiding the parts people usually leave out. We’ll talk about what worked, what didn’t, what people regret—and what they’d absolutely do again.
