In this episode we are joined by Humphrey Hale, the CEO of Carnavale Resources ASX:CAV Carnavale Resources is a West Australian based mineral exploration company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (CAV.ASX) and on the German Stock Exchange in Frankfurt (YBB.FF). The Company is focused on acquiring and exploring high quality and advanced exploration and development projects prospective for Gold, Nickel, precious metals and strategic minerals associated with the electric battery sector including other new-age disruptive technologies. Carnavale is focused on projects where high impact programs can achieve above average returns for shareholders. In particular, projects where the earn-in agreement and cost is predominately designed around “value add drilling programs” as part of the equity earn-in phase rather than high upfront purchase costs. Mr Hale worked at AngloGold Ashanti (AGA) as Exploration Manager at Sunrise Dam Gold Mine. Mr Hale went on to be founding Managing Director at Wolf Minerals Ltd. Subsequently Technical Director for Infinity Lithium Corp. Ltd. Mr Hale has held roles as Director and consultant to several ASX listed and unlisted junior exploration Companies. He joined Carnavale in early July 2020. Mr Hale has direct experience in the acquisition, management and development of exploration opportunities, taking assets from initial exploration to construction.

Oliver Kiddie is a geologist with over 20 years’ experience across exploration, resource definition, project development, and production throughout Australia and internationally. He has extensive experience in base metal and gold exploration through senior management and executive positions, working for companies including Dominion Mining, European Goldfields, and most recently as GM Exploration for the Creasy Group. He led the exploration team of the Fraser Range project for the Creasy Group, including the discovery, resource definition, and mining lease application for the Silver Knight Ni-Cu-Co deposit. Mr Kiddie possesses a strong corporate background having managed numerous transactions and joint ventures as key responsibilities of senior management and executive positions. Mr Kiddie is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Within his most recent role, Jason built a strong leadership team that increased iNova Pharmaceuticals Philippines sales 3 fold during his 5 year tenure.
