Voting Machines are Vulnerable
Jarrett Woodward presents to Burnet County, TX Commissioner's Court on the uncertified Electronic Voting Machines being used in Texas and how they must be abandoned and replaced with the Standard Texas Election Code (TEC) Chapter 65 Method of hand counting of all hand marked paper ballots. Continued use of uncertified Electronic Voting Machines makes them illegal to use in Texas. Woodward has made similar presentations to numerous other Texas County Commissioner's Courts, and this must be shared in all 254 Texas Counties.
