The last thing Mie expected was to come face to face with the deep political and social politics that rattles the nation (especially during a time not too far from the major civil rights movements era). Through it all, she found deeper beauty in all things and went on to shape a prosperous modeling and painting career collaborating with artistic legends such as Robert Frank and Alex Katz. Currently producing ‘ED’, a narrative feature thriller depicting the diversity and relationships behind the walls of an eating disorder treatment center, and the monster, ED, living within each mind.
