This episode covers Psalm 101 and Psalm 102. The first psalm is a promise by King David to keep his house clean and stay away from bad friends—he wants to live like God wants people to live. The second psalm shows someone who feels sad, alone, and angry at the world but still knows that God cares. Even when we feel powerless, these Psalms show that God hears our cries, loves us, and will help if we trust Him. Together they teach us about keeping promises and trusting God when life gets hard.
