The generation of technology, DEIB, and an accelerated career path is with us in the workforce. Generation Z entered the working world recently and brought with them an expectation that we’d all do well to consider: can we do it better? faster? And more efficiently? Here to help us figure out how that mindset plays out in this early stage of their career are two members of our organization who consider themselves to be in Generation Z.
