How would you think about it differently? Because post diagnosis, it’s a challenge to trust your body, even more so, learning to forgive it, learning to believe that nothing has gone wrong and that your body is still working hard to keep you alive. We will also talk about getting to know your body in a way that will set you up to have a successful relationship with your body, no matter the changes it has gone through!
