He was able to tap into his intuition, curiosity and gratitude, and heal his life from his childhood trauma. He invites people to step into their power to remove the pain from any trauma. Nicky now uses his voice to help people overcome fear, doubt, self-harm, anxiety and depression, and even domestic violence, by learning how to grow emotionally and practice self-discovery. His non-profits helps people create a meaningful life. His message is incredible and he is using it to restore people's lives. She developed a meaningful story of connection by reparenting herself, growing through her traumas, and learning from them. This was a fun episode as we explore what it means to grow as human beings. Biohacking is one step in rewriting the Matrix in our body.

In this 19th episode, Jonathan and Rich reflect on the podcast journey so far. It's been a wonderful opportunity to connect to beautiful souls on a journey towards overcoming. We explore where we've been, what really stood out, and how it affected us along the way. No shocker, it was a lot. And we also share where we are going, which is improving the quality of our production and video, which is coming. Rich also gives highlights of his trip to Camino de Santiago in Spain. The Camino is a path between Spain and France that is considered a spiritual pathway. Over 100k people take the journey together each year.
