Representing ReLeaf Malta is acting president, Andrew Bonello. ReLeaf Malta is a community-based NGO that seeks the regulation of Cannabis in Malta through safe and sensible policies. ReLeaf also provided consultation to the Government of Malta on the White Paper on the Responsible Use of Cannabis.
