Ronaldo was born in San Paulo, Brazil. He started working at age seven and got his first job at age fifteen. He has worked in numerous industries such as shipping, product development, furniture, and sales. He has travelled to world for business but his focus has always been to build relationships. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and Japanese. He owns his own company RAVSCORP which services a group of companies owned by an Amish Community.
