"Clean enough" isn't determined by a suspect's thoroughness in cleaning up a crime scene, but it's determined by the CSI team. Likewise, "clean enough" isn't determined by our own assessment of whether or not we are "good enough" to earn a spot in heaven, but it is determined by God's evaluation. The question "how good is good enough" ought to be one of the most important and pressing questions we should deal with in our lives, and though the bible tells us some very bad news that "no one is good" enough, the bible also gives us the best news ever: there is still hope.
