Interview: Karen McCullough
Episode notes
On episode 7, I sit down with co-owner of the Westcoast Reiki Centre, Karen McCullough (@westcoastreikicentre) and we discuss everything from energy healing, why we get stuck in drinking and partying, toxic positivity, shadow work, how to tap into your intuition, and I casually decide to share the most horrifying "embarrassing" story of my life.
This is a truly free-flowing, real-talk type convo! I have been working with Karen since the early days of my personal development and spirituality journey, and she has been incredibly influential on my path, as well as taking me on as a student and certifying me as a Level 1 and 2 Usui Reiki practitioner.
