Episode notes
What do you do when life feels like it's moving in every direction at once?
Sometimes the chaos isn't something we can fix, control, or neatly organize. Sometimes all we can do is find something steady enough to hold onto while we're walking through it.
In this episode of Life in Layers, I'm talking about what it means to stay anchored during seasons that stretch you.
I share some of the moments that have taught me about grace, surrender, motherhood, caregiving, faith, and trusting God when I don't have all the answers.
Because sometimes we're so focused on surviving the chaos that we don't realize we're being strengthened in the middle of it.
Some seasons don't break you. They stretch you.
And stretching can be uncomfortable. It can be exhausting. It can make you question how much more you can possibly carry.
But sometimes the stretching is also where we discover that we're not as fragile as we thought we were.
This conversation is about finding your anchor when life feels uncertain, giving yourself grace when you don't have it all together, and learning that you don't have to understand every part of the journey to keep moving through it.
Reflection:
What is keeping you anchored in a season that feels chaotic?
