Stay in your energy or get back into your energy & stare at your hands! Providing attention & energy to your hand, brings you into your energy & your experience. There is programming taking place that takes us away from our energy & our path which are basically distractions, these distractions limit you & take you away from your energy/experience & into other people's experiences/energy.
It's your experience at the end of the day & when you are in it & flowing, you naturally vibration at a higher level which leads by example for all around you. When you are in your energy & a high vibration, you will naturally overflow with energy & provide amazing energy for those around you to tap into. Being in your energy also allows you to learn lessons, evolve, strengthen, grow & walk your path which again leads to naturally overflowing for those around you. It also allows you to operate & enjoy your experience instead of allowing others to operate it for you.
Being in a high vibration also brings balance to the Earth & actually gives so much love to the collective/humanity as you will be emitting a high vibrational loving frequency that leads by example, is authentic, unique & unapologetic. Just be you legend!
Meditation is so simple, replace that word with simply stopping & breathing. That’s it.
