Questions related to your sobriety journey can be deeply personal and emotional and may trigger feelings of vulnerability or discomfort. Make sure to take time before disclosing your sobriety until you feel ready for potential difficult conversations. For us to take time, we must learn to win in silence and enjoy the grace period. This allows yourself to adjust to your new way of life and build the confidence you need to speak openly about your sobriety. Remember, everyone's grace period is different, but I recommend taking at least thirty days to establish routine and mindset.
