AUSTRALIA'S ENDANGERED ANIMALS | Ep. 25 worlds rarest mammal + the rediscovery of a tortoise

3 of Australia’s endangered species this week on the podcast - the Orange Bellied Parrot, Western Swamp Tortoise and the Northern Hairy Nosed Wombat. 💛

The Orange Bellied Parrot plays a vital role in their ecosystem and is a key part to seed distribution.

The Western Swamp Tortoise doesn’t get the spotlight it needs, leading to believing their extinction until being rediscovered in 1950!

The beautiful critically endangered Northern Hairy Nosed Wombat is now only found in two very small areas of Queensland. Thank you for tuning in and supporting the podcast. 🌏
