Carlos spent a full career in the US Border Patrol, starting his career in Southern California and ultimately ending up in Arizona. Growing up in a small town in Northern California, Carlos learned from a young age what it would take to be successful in life. Carlos has a rich history and his family story is really what guided him to this path of service and ultimately into law enforcement.
