There are many times that we come across various topics that just need to be addressed and hashed out, or maybe even devoured in small doses. This is a small dose or "Espresso Shot" to talk about the idea of "Root Toxicity". I truly feel that there are root causes of toxicity in our various agencies that don't get addressed. Some of you identify toxic people within your sphere and I am truly curious to know how we can change this. How can we bring in a little more light and provide insight to those we work with to address some inherent issues that truly bring people down when all we want to do is affect positive change!
