In the 70s, one of the most controversial troubled teen schools was founded. A forced fighting ring for misbehaving children, extended stays in isolation rooms, human faeces being poured over children as punishments. Despite evidence of flagrant child abuse and the denial of basic human rights, the school’s abusive practises flew under the radar and it only became more popular.
