Adam Kilshaw is a former Royal Engineer in the Armed Forces, current IT systems specialist and founder of Luvajob, a business which is looking to shake-up the recruitment process for the recruitment industry.
Having joined the Royal Engineers in 1996, Adam’s military career took him on tours of Belize, Iraq, Germany, Kosovo and Northern Ireland.
When a 12-year career in the forces came to an end, Adam entered the IT industry.
