Peter is a registered optometrist who has worked in education and training for most of his professional life. He established his first business, Perceptive Medical Education in 2001 and went on to acquire Oxford Medical Training from its founder in 2011.
Oxford Medical Training offers non-clinical career development training for doctors, running interactive short courses every week on topics such as leadership, management, communication skills and teaching skills.
