Lynn Lewis is the director of independent living at Guinness Care, a subsidiary of The Guinness Partnership.

Lynn first joined The Guinness Partnership in 2015 as interim director of community services at Guinness Care. After one year of success in the role, she took up her current post as director of independent living.
