Peter Smits is the Managing Director of Ashbourne Insurance, an independent insurance broker in Hertfordshire.

Originally employed to help expand business sales, Peter was appointed Managing Director in 2008 and now works alongside his fellow directors and is responsible for all day-to-day business activities.
