Andy founded a recruiting agency early in a 25-year career in talent, then led global talent acquisition at Atlassian, where the ask was to go from fighting to hire 300 people a quarter to delivering 1,000.

Today Andy runs a 10-person recruiting team at Elliptic with no coordinators, something he doesn't think could have worked two or three years ago.
