Emily Hubbard is Assistant Director with the US Department of Justice and an adjunct professor at Georgetown Law. Emily has over ten years of broad litigation and advisory experience, specializing in labor and employment, and national security matters. Prior to joining the DOJ, she served as Counsel to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Environmental Protection Agency, litigating employment, national security, and FOIA cases. Before that, Emily worked as Special Counsel to the Boston Public Schools, advising on and litigating labor and employment matters. She also litigated special education cases and adjudicated student discipline appeals.
