Episode notes
Lake Bluff, Illinois, oozes with hometown charm, and it never shines brighter than over the holidays. This year, the Lake Bluff History Museum Holiday Home Tour showcases six spectacular houses decked to the hilt in an array of holiday finery. It's a benefit for the much-loved Lake Bluff History Museum. Lake Bluff’s own very successful Interior Designer, Katy Evans of Katy Evans Design, is a “Bluffer”, and her home is one of the six featured homes on the tour! We were fortunate to talk to her about her design firm and current design trends. Stroll through the beautifully decorated homes, find Christmas treasures at the holiday boutiques, historic downtown shops, and the fun restaurants of Lake Bluff, steps away from the museum. Buy your tickets online at lakebluffhisotry.org/events. It's Sunday, December 7th, 11 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Tour starts at The Lake Bluff History Museum, 127 E. Scranton Ave. in Lake Bluff. Yuletide joy never looked so good! Thanks for listening.
