Faith, Manifestation, & Palm Royale
No matter if you're an atheist or believe in a higher power, you exercise faith. I wanted to clear the air, since I myself want to understand what faith even is, why we do it, why we need it, and why its important. In so, I discuss the difference between Biblical manifestation and manifestation as we know it in culture. And I use a show that I love (Palm Royale) to bridge it all together. Enjoy :)
Forgiveness.
Forgiveness has been on my mind a lot, especially since the new year. Not to mention, my grandma talks about it a lot. In all reality, I had a realization as the ball dropped that I've been wrestling with. I figure, if I needed to readjust how i viewed forgiveness and what it even meant to forgive, then others might too. Enjoy :)
just be you.
I've been really wondering what it means to "be yourself" and how not being true to your authentic self affects our everyday lives. I came to the conclusion that a lot of us who don't know what people or paths are for us or have issues picking things even as simple as their style, where to eat, or even bigger to what they want to do with their life, just don't really know who they are. I talk about my own journey and how I've started to discover and enjoy who I really am - how exciting :)
Your Audience Will Find You.
After my last episode I was sorta shocked to find that those who support me didn't seem to care about something I was proud of. At first it bummed me out but then, I decided to change my mind, therefore changing my perspective, and as we discussed last time, it changed how I felt which changed how I acted (which changed my results). In this episode, I share real feelings and how a small moment can become a big one if you let it. I also use this as an example of how I apply the things I've been talking about in real life. Hope you enjoy :)

I Didn't Go Back | Quit My Job Part 3
So I didn't finish out my two week notice... And It was the best decision I could have made for myself!! In todays episode, I'm running on about an hour of sleep so bare with me as I walk you through what's been happening the last 24 hours <3
I Just Quit My Job & I Still Feel Yucky
About 20 minutes before recording this I quit my job. GASP. I really thought after ridding myself of such a toxic space I would find some relief but honestly I didn't! In fact, I felt yuckier. Although I know this decision is right for me and I am excited for what's next, I am feeling a bit nervy & scared. So by chance you are feeling some similar emotions, here is my very real, very authentic, late night rant of the feelings, thoughts, and mindset shifts going on right in the moment - and hopefully some helpful nuggets along the way :)
Anything Can Change Your Life If You Let It
I think sometimes we forget that it starts with the simple things. "do not despise small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see a work begin..." (Zechariah 4:10). You don't have to wait for something profound to happen. Start by reading a book, praying, meditating, talking with a friend, going on a walk, high-fiving yourself... Big change and dreams becoming start in the simple thing(s). In this episode we are talking about this workbook ("13 Things Mentally Strong People Don't Do") that I snagged up on a whim. This small step, picking up this book and committing to a few pages of work, has already, quite literally changed, my mind, which in turn has changed my world. I mean, before you change the world, you have to change your mind - right?
Social Media & Time
In todays episode we are talking about social media and time. I have ben searching for balance in overcoming the pressure and comparison that social media presents as well as the fine line between what to share and what to keep a bit more private. As for time, I recently had a realization (more like a tip) that might also help you as you navigate life, stress, and feeling like there's too much to do and not enough time. Can't wait for you to join!
