Ep 167 : Do I have your attention now?

As two of our greatest commodities, time and attention are being usurped every hour. What we do with them is crucial. We are in a time when our attention spans are truncated into 30-60 secs, but you're missing vital info, because something else just caught your attention. Some toes will be stepped on, I don't care. Ep 164: Why I Kept My Towel - Alan Lazaros

He was the overachiever, and damn proud of it. It was not out of the ordinary for him to be the first, the smartest and the best. What was hard for others, came easy for him. Even though outwardly, it seemed as though he was hitting one benchmark after another, inwardly, he was far from his best. A car accident that was eerily similar to the one that took the life of his stepfather, brought on a possible wakeup call that rang loud. Next Level University CEO, Alan Lazaros steps in the ring. Ep 163: 3 reasons why men are still stagnant

The election is now over and all these politicians you've favored, or didn't, are in office now. However, you're still exactly where you were when the election started, but you're putting that responsibility on the shoulders on the people who hold office. Ep 162: Why I Kept My Towel - Alexandra Dotcheva

Growing up in Bulgaria, music was in her bloodline and her sole focus. Practice and discipline was the pillars of the family. She practiced vigorously for over 6hours a day, but when it came time to perform, nerves took over and she didn't always hit the mark. She was incredibly hard on herself. The 2008 financial crisis caused her to make a major pivot in her life from music to a difficult profession. Check out this incredible sparring session.
