We are not friends

Life can be our biggest ally, but what happens when life is not our ally for a season...or two? Just like with humans, we're not always going to be everyone's friend, that's how life moves on us also. You hate Mondays You hate the weekends You hate another day of traffic You hate your co workers You even hate the workouts. But you keep showing up again and again. Something's not adding up. Ep 215: Get back at it

You've stopped writing that book. You've stopped writing that song. You've stopped pursuing your purpose. You've stopped your passion. Things occur within our lives, but what happens when we've put a cessation on those things for months or even years, it's not too late to make a U-turn. Ep 214: The blessings don't look the same

Compare and contrast is natural amongst humans. We may pray for several "blessing(s)" and even be specific about it; but what happens when that blessings doesn't turn exactly turn the way that you expected, it's time to crash out and get pissed. Ep 213: Throw something

While life and its trials hit you, you're not pivoting or moving; you're curled up in a ball. You think you're defending yourself but you're taking too many blows. You have to throw a punch of some sort to give yourself a fighting chance.
