Growing up in the 313 (Detroit), he had to deal with living a house with 10 other people and ONE bathroom, YIKES. His biggest challenges came when he walked out the door and encountered a community riddled with gangs, violence and despair. He lacked focus throughout his entire school career, dealing with tremendous setbacks, bullying, and failures. His pops brought the family a computer which changed his entire outlook on the world and set a course for his life. The lone wolf mantra is celebrated as you being a bad a**, that can do it all by yourself with no help. But you barely get anything accomplished. You're being distracted every which way. For many of you, you need a pack. For a few of you, you need a brand new wolf-pack/team to run with. When you've been going at something for a while, it can be discouraging when someone ask you why are you still doing that. But there has to be a courageous spirit in you to lift your head, look them in the eyes and say, YES I AM. You've heard of the old adage, "You miss 100% of the shots that you don't take.", but some of you have missed your goal, missed your shots several times, you don't want to try anymore because it hasn't happen with a big splash. Now you try a new strategy, don't do nothing, just want for it to come to you. Good luck with that. We can go in circles making plans for next, month, next, 5 years from now, that it can oftentimes leave us dizzy. The room can stop spinning, if you're present. GRIND, GRIND, GRIND. NO SLEEP, NO EATING. DO IT TILL YOU COLLAPSE. All this sounds good, until you break down. You're the ear, the go to for everybody else, but you can't turn to no one. The pot is starting to bubble, there's no valve in sight to alleviate the pressure. What do you do?
