God reveals who He is through His creation. Nature and our own hearts, as people made in His image, testify to His eternal power and divine nature. But that revelation also exposes our desperate need for Him, because it shows that God is infinitely holy and we are utterly sinful. Through special revelation, God points us to the salvation we have in Jesus Christ.
