I posted a TikTok that garnered a sizable audience that contained my initial reaction to this news: special education is moving to be under the jurisdiction of the Department of Health and Human Services. This is another move to dismantle and destroy the Department of Education, and I have a lot of thoughts. There's still a lot that needs to take place before this change is official, but it's about time we start the conversation.
