It's one of the most polarizing topics of our time, and one the Democrats plan to use to help sway voters to re-elect President Joe Biden: Abortion. From "the right to life" movement on the right to the "reproductive rights" movement on the left, the opposite ends of the spectrum seem to yell the loudest in the conversation.
While we have discussed abortion in an episode after Roe V. Wade was overturned, more from the constitutional scholars' response to the ruling, we haven't really taken a deeper dive into the topic. But we wanted to have this conversation without the noise, beyond the two warring opinions, to educate, to identify fact versus fiction (ie--Abortions have actually not decreased nationally since Roe V.
