identity crisis

It is such a dangerous situation to go into an identity crisis and if you have also been in one, you know what I mean. It causes a person to lose sight of themself and wish they were somebody they aren’t. In this episode, I talk about what an identity crisis is, what can cause it, and how social media affects our identity. Struggling with identity is not easy at all, so I hope that this episode can help you in trying to understand and find yourself again.

trends

I think we can all agree that trends are so fast paced and they come and go very often. In this episode, I will dive into the trends of this generation, trends I love & don’t love as much, how social media influences and is involved, being sick of style, and more!

moving on

I am not very good with big changes when I first find out about them; this eventually leads to a breakdown or me turning the situation into a negative when it could be positive. In this episode I will be talking about many different things that we seem to fixate on as humans that aren’t as serious as we make them seem including: money, crushes, growth, big changes, grades, and careers. I will also be using celebrities as an example of how they moved on and even got hate for it just because people don’t like change.

the high school dream

Many of us have or had expectations going into high school that it would be the greatest years of our lives, however, that doesn’t happen for most. In this episode I will analyze what the dream high school experience looks like to many and how that is not reality. I will be talking about tv shows, anxiety, feeling drained, crushes, and more!

college

Many aspire to go to post-secondary school and have a career in the fields that are offered but not me. I feel as though ever since I was young, I have been very entrepreneurial and driven to make my life interesting and different each day. Let’s stop feeling bad about getting frowned upon for not getting a paper degree and normalize not everyone wanting to have the typical lifestyle. Listen in to hear the different point of views I have on college and why I don’t want to go.

growing up

Many fear the thought of growing up and leaving behind childhood memories. I have been in the same situation before but recently I have had a change of perspective that growing up is truly exciting. In this episode I go into detail of why many are scared of growing up, what factors affect it, what we can look forward to with growing up, and how to slow time so it doesn’t feel like the hours go by so fast.

summer body

As summer is approaching, every year we can see a common pattern of “summer body” being in trend and people doing everything they can to achieve that. When you think about it, what really is the “perfect” summer body? In my eyes I see all body types getting hate, no matter if it fits society’s standards or not. I’m going to be touching on what summer body really is, how it can affect you, and how to not fall into the trap of trying to maintain an impossible body shape or size.

fake friends

I have personally struggled in the past with having fake friends that has affected my own personality, attitudes, and social life to the point of almost losing most relationships with people that I really care about. I can’t tell you how many times I have dealt with having these types of “friends” and how aggravating it is to try to separate yourself from them. It is difficult but if you don’t distance yourself, they will take advantage of your own self worth and belief in friendship. Thankfully I have gone past that and removed myself from those people but it was not easy (at all). In this episode I am going to be giving my advice on how to distance yourself from these situations and how to tell if you have a fake friend.

embarrassment & things i’ve done

Embarrassment can be a real problem for some people (including me at times). We all experience it when we do something that we later regret and wish didn’t happen. In this episode I tell some of my own embarrassing stories to try and make you feel better about yours, as well as providing advice on how to stop feeling embarrassed about everything you do.

boredom

Do you feel like you’re just sitting around looking for something to do and nothing seems to get you excited recently? If you have, me too. I’ve been in this situation recently where everything just feels off and it feels like there is a shift in the vibe. I can’t fully explain it but in this episode I touch on why I think that is, examples of my personal boredom, and what exactly I’m talking about.
