Compassion is consistently invited at the core of all of the mindful activities I practice : mindful meditations, mindful walking, yoga, and inner body awareness. Extending this compassion to myself and others during practice has allowed space for so much inner acceptance and growth to be present. Today, I walk you through a loving-kindness meditation to invite healing energy within you and within the lives of those around you.
