Psalm 120: A Cry for Deliverance from Deceit

Psalm 120 is described as a song for pilgrims ascending to Jerusalem, expressing a plea to the Lord for rescue from deceitful people and a weariness with those who reject peace. The verses convey a sense of suffering in a distant land and a desire for tranquility in the face of hostility.
