Psalm 109: A Plea Against Slander

Psalm 109 presents a psalm of David where he laments the slander and lies told about him by his enemies who repay his kindness with hatred. The psalm expresses a plea to God for justice, asking for the adversaries to face severe consequences, including their prayers being counted as sins and their lineage disappearing.
