Episode notes
Psalm 22, attributed to David and meant for the choir director. The initial verses express a pleading cry to God for help amid feelings of abandonment and suffering, describing intense distress and mockery from enemies. However, the psalm shifts to proclaim faith in God's past faithfulness and a future of praise and worldwide recognition of God's reign and righteous acts for generations to come.
