* Do your "news homework" and call in the masters - invite them in, because if we don't, they can't step in to help.

* We are in the middle of a huge evolutionary shift and manifestations are happening so much quicker!

* We are taught to suppress emotions, but it's just discordant energy, and we need to let it go!
