German Sierra is a Venezuelan Entrepreneur.

Based out of Santa Cruz County, German and his wife, Gabriella Ramirez, own Pana, an Arepas Food Truck and Small Restaurant. He shares his heritage by educating his audience and customers about the origins of Arepas and Venezuelan customs. He has made an imprint in his culinary dishes and created an online community of Panas, also known as homies/friends, that has helped him build partnerships with other businesses and nearby communities. You can find Pana at different food events around the region, as a vendor for the SAP Center, and in a few weeks at the Oakland Coliseum.
