This episode enters the "bad" part of our sandwich of good, bad, good. As I explore common things that happens within our families that affects our relationships and dynamics. This episode will discuss how trauma affects families and leads to family feuds.
The first episode discusses family values we should be implementing within our families, such as respect, communication, emotional intelligence and so many others. We're approaching the topic of family by using the sandwich method, so we're starting off positive.
