In this week's exciting episode, Megan Lowe interviews Dr. Suzanne L. Stewart to discuss Indigenous Health during the COVID-19 pandemic and share her research on homelessness and mental health within the Indigenous community. Dr. Stewart is a member of the Yellowknives Dene First Nation. She is a registered psychologist and Director of the Waakebiness-Bryce Institute for Indigenous Health at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto (UofT), where she is an Associate Professor in the Division of Social and Behaviour Health Sciences. She holds the TC Energy Research Chair in Indigenous Health. At UofT she is the current Advisor on Indigenous Research to Division of the Vice-President & Provost.
