You might wonder why it's so hard to hear your intuition. Well, it starts young. Many of us learned from rigid school systems that taught binary right vs. wrong, creating shame-based or fear-based paradigms that disrupted our innate desire to learn for ourselves. While these systems may have taken some of our agency, we as adults can now heal by prioritizing self-exploration. Intuition is simply learning for ourselves what is true for us. It's always a good reminder: no one and certainly no institution can take that away from you!
