For 14 years, every time I tried to get baptized, something would stop it from happening. Life kept throwing obstacles in the way, but the desire never left me. Through it all, God was patient, and his timing is always perfect. I’m opening up about what I’ve learned, how my relationship with God has evolved, and why this moment means so much to me.
