Ep. 2 - I Am Practically Spiritual - Lessons review 8 to 14

In this episode, we briefly review lessons 7 through 14. The theme of the episode centers on the importance of what and where we focus our attention, because our attention/thoughts are energy. Hence, the question is: where are we expending our energy, and where are we giving our attention? So the assignment for this week is: continue to be aware of your judgments, plus become aware if you are thinking about the past.
