I had the opportunity to meet with Gareth at the Navy SEAL Swim in New York City this summer. One of our colleagues introduced us to each other, and we were able to discuss goals, our lives, and our overall personal and professional plans.

Gareth is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and has an incredible knowledge of the sport. In this episode, he goes into great detail as to why BJJ is so incredibly beneficial for everyone - not just police, military, and all first responders.

It was phenonmenal being able to talk with Gareth about our thoughts about the events going on in Afghanistan recently.
