Most of the keywords that I'm using on Pinterest are said to peak during the months of December and January. That's when I'm expecting the pins to pick up and expect to see sales.

Exclusivity begins AFTER the proposal

Well, I'm sure there are other people in the world who have a similar mindset. But, yeah, I do not see the point of committing to a man prior to there being a shared expressed intention of marriage. I see the acceptance of a proposal as being the BEGINNING of a transparent relationship. I say 'beginning' because this is when the deeper due diligence and testing of alignment comes into play. Highlights: I don't view engagement as being the final base before marriage, but the starting point for exclusivity and serious evaluation. In my opinion, marriage is similar to a business merger. Meaning there should be financial, emotional, lifestyle, and spiritual alignments. This is the perfect time for full transparency. I do NOT believe in compromise, at all, whatsoever. We're either in perfect alignment, or we aren't . Just because a proposal has been accepted, doesn't mean sex is automatic. I don't really get the point of super long engagements, unless both parties are intentionally observing the other through different seasons. Highlights: If a man wants to pick me up for a date, take me home after a date, or have me in his car in general- he'll need to submit a background check. Most people are having sex after a few dates anyway, so why is asking to see the official documentation from recent STI testing stigmatized? How a man responds to these basic safety measures reveals a lot his character. I personally prefer to go on dates while the sun is still out. Day dates are underappreciated && actually pretty fun. Personally, I think it's a god idea to know who you're allowing to enter your life. Not just if he's cute, has money, or if his sex good. I'm speaking from my own past experiences. I've been the girl to be a 'friend with benefits.' I've chased after a man who told me that he didn't want me. I've been with a man who gave me anything that I asked for. A healthy relationship requires mutual respect, commitment, intention structure, trust, as well as financial stability- among other things. I believe that both partners must give 100/100, as opposed to 50/50. We're all adults, and perfectly capable of healing from any past trauma. && we must, if we're to be in a healthy long-term relationship.
