Hey guys! In todays episode I chat with MY MUM!!

If you know my mum, you will know she is an absolute gem. Nurse, mother of 3, beach lover, hostess with the mostess and my number 1 supporter.

This episode was so much fun to record. I thought it would be a really cool idea to bring mum on to talk about how my journey with mental health was for her as the main support person in my life and in my journey.

We talk about how she has seen the mental health space develop as a nurse for the last 42 years, the first signs and symptoms she noticed in me and how we went about getting help together. Stay tuned and see if you can count how many times she refers to me as snappy!! haha.
