We’re starting with what school mornings have been looking like lately, allergy season beating us UP, and which one of my kids is actually the easiest to wake up.

Then it’s Week 2 of football! My oldest wasn’t able to play last week because of his injury, but I’m so proud of the way he still showed up and supported his team however he could. His team got the win, my youngest had a great game, AND his team won too! 🏈❤️

I’m also getting into Kira J the Poet, how I discovered her, why her work speaks to me, and how poetry has been inspiring parts of my own healing journey.
