So many of my clients that come to see me all have alot of the same symptoms in common:
- Really low energy, exhaustion or burnt out
- Over flooded with their mum mental load
- Holding onto weight around mid section, hips and thighs,
- General puffy layer all over their body
- Everything they have tried hasn’t really worked
